This was insanely easy and I was amazed at how yummy it tasted. The kids both loved this. Recipe here. Check it out, a great blog with great recipes. The only change I made was to use rice milk instead of soya, I cooked it on a flat non-stick frying pan at a high heat. I am now planning on using a similar mixture as made for this to make a sort of bread and butter pudding type thang. Await news of that one…
