For Christmas breakfast I made these Orange Cranberry Muffins from Madhuram’s Eggless Cooking, I added some chopped glace cherries for a little extra sweetness.
These Chocolate and Vanilla Marble Cupcakes from the book Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World.
Frosted Pumpkin Bars from the book The Allergy-Free Cookbook for Kids. I mixed some blue food colour with sunflower seeds for decoration and it looked fab.
Whipped Cream Frosting . This was fab and had a lovely subtle sweetness with a very soft airy texture. I substituted rice milk and vegan butter and it worked brilliantly.
